In Settings, add the payment handles you already own. In the US that can be Venmo, Cash App or Zelle, and PayPal, bank transfer or a custom method work anywhere. They appear on your invoices as links and QR codes, so the customer can pay you straight from the invoice. JobLog Pro never processes the payment and never sits between you and the money.
When the money arrives, open the invoice and record the payment with its amount, date, method and an optional reference. The remaining balance updates, and partial payments stay on the record. If an invoice goes unpaid, a local reminder opens Messages with a pre-filled draft. You read it and send it yourself.
