This policy covers the Mobcomsoft website (mobcomsoft.com), the apps we publish (published by BYTESHIFT TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI), and our internal tools. Each app also has its own policy linked from its page on this site and from the App Store.
The site is static. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security, for a limited time (typically 14 days).
Your content stays on your device unless a feature clearly needs a server (for example sign-in and sync). Where an app offers an account, it uses Sign in with Apple and stores only the identifier and content needed to run the feature; you can delete your account and data from the app or by emailing us.
Advertising. Free versions may show ads via Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers to serve and measure ads (non-personalised where tracking permission is not granted). See Google's privacy policy. A subscription removes ads.
Subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never receive your payment details.
Anonymous diagnostics. To keep apps stable, they may send crash and hang diagnostics and anonymous usage pings (a random installation identifier, app version, device model and OS version) to our servers. These contain no personal data and are not linked to you.
Mobcomsoft's internal publishing tools use Google APIs (such as the Google AdMob API) solely to manage Mobcomsoft's own company accounts: reading advertising reports and creating or updating our ad units. They do not access, collect, store or share data of any other Google user. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your data, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not collect your location or contacts.
Our apps and this site are not directed to children under 13.
You can ask what data we hold about you, request its deletion, or object to processing by emailing us. We answer within 30 days.
